RPN
The Waterford Retirement Residence is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic RPN, a self-motivated individual who possesses effective communication and leadership skills and is a co-operative team player. The candidate must possess a valid Certificate of Competence from the CNO and hold current first aid and CPR certification. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
A person possessing high standards of cleanliness and hygiense, meticulous and energetic in their work and enjoy working in a team centered environment is essential. A minimum of 2-years supervisory experience is essential. Alternate weekend and shift work is required.

COOK - SOUS-CHEF
This position requires someone with a proven commitment to excel in preparing and serving delicious, nutritious attractive meals to our residents.
Responsibilities include relieving and assisting the chef, preparing breakfast, kitchen responsibilities and offering food to residents.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in cooking and kitchen responsibilities; the ability to assist the chef in all aspects of running & maintaining the kitchen; a sound knowledge of Department of Health & Safety Guidelines and experience working in a senior’s setting would be an asset. Alternate weekend availability required.

RN/RPN
We are looking for dedicated professionals committed to excellence in care and caring for seniors. Responsibilities include overseeing and the general well-being of our residents by promoting their optimum safe and healthy lifestyle; by promoting a holistic approach  to a quality, caring environment for all residents without prejudice and by actively participating in a team-centered approach to resident care.

DIETARY ATTENDANT
Your role is to serve meals to our residents in a professional, patient, pleasant and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include all aspects of food service and maintaining the dining room in immaculate condition as well as assisting in the kitchen.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in waiter/waitressing and a proven record of meticulous, energetic work. Must have a sincere interest in and enjoy working with residents and staff in a team-centered environment.  A sound knowledge of Department of Health & Safety guidelines and experience in a senior’s setting would be an asset.
Alternate weekend availability required

UCP OR PSW – 12 HOUR NIGHT SHIFT 
The responsibility of this position will include security coverage and emergency response to residents as well as personal assistance, housekeeping and laundry duties. 
Qualifications: A sincere commitment to enhancing the well-being of seniors. Current PSW certification or equivalent.  CPR & First Aid certification.  The ability to work in a flexible, team-centered environment and a sound knowledge fo health & safety regulations is essential. Preference will be given to individuals with 3 years experience in a senior’s setting.   Alternate weekend availability required.

RESIDENT ATTENDANT/HOUSEKEEPER
If you have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, are meticulous and energetic in your work and truly enjoy working with seniors in a team-centered environment, then we’d like to hear from you.   Preference will be given to those with 3 years experience working in a senior’s setting.  CPR & First Aid Certification and a sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations an asset.   Alternate weekend and shift work required.
