Family owned, developed & managed, we bring over 60 years of hospitality and retirement residence experience to The Waterford Kingston.

Humble beginnings with The Southway Motel at Bank Street and Hunt Club Road (Ottawa) in the 1950’s with a 6 unit motel expanding over the years to what is now the 170 suite Southway Inn (www.southway.com).

Past projects include Bridlewood Manor in Brockville, Hunt Club Manor in Ottawa, and The Waterford Retirement Community in Barrie.

Hands on owners you will see us often, working in the gardens, decorating indoors and out for all the seasons – making sure everything is just right for our Waterford Family.
